What we aim for

We want every owner-operator and fleet to be able to read this site and sign up, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and check the site against them when we change it.

What is in place

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, and the element you are on is always visibly outlined.
  • Text meets the AA contrast ratio against its background, including the smaller grey text.
  • Every field on the sign-up form has a visible label; errors are announced to screen readers and listed in one place at the top of the form.
  • The cookie banner and the Cookie settings control are plain buttons that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and the layout works on a phone.
  • Nothing moves on its own, and we respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
  • Fonts are served from our own site, so pages render the same for everyone.

Known limitations

None that we know of. The carrier setup packet we send after the first call is a PDF with fillable fields; if you need the information in another format, tell us and we will work with you.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is hard to use, email info@flex-lane.com with the page and what happened. We reply within 5 business days and fix what we can.
